Founded in 1975, we bring nearly fifty years of hands-on experience delivering exceptional HOA and condominium management across Philadelphia, Bucks County, South Jersey, and beyond.
Unlike typical property management firms, CAMCO was created exclusively to serve homeowners associations (HOAs), condo communities, and planned developments. We pioneered professional HOA management in the Philadelphia region—at a time when condominiums were still managed by homeowner volunteers—and helped set the industry standard with seasoned managers, detailed administrative support, and customized financial services.
